Job Overview

We are looking for a personable and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, craft beverages with skill, and contribute to a friendly and engaging atmosphere in our bar and dining areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and guests.
  • Take and fulfill drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and build positive relationships with patrons.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies.
  • Ensure all service complies with liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with event service, including holiday and fine dining events.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and standard cocktails.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be dependable, professional, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
